Payment Terms & Billing Policy

Chicster is operated by HEALTHY SUSHI LLC. This policy explains payment, billing, and related refund information for purchases made at https://www.chicster.shop/.
1. Currency and Order Total
Prices for our United States store are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The final checkout summary identifies the amount and currency you authorize us to charge.
Before you complete your purchase, checkout displays the product subtotal, applicable discounts, any applicable sales tax, and the total amount payable.
Standard shipping throughout the United States is free. The standard shipping charge is $0.00 USD. Any other charge applicable to an order must be clearly disclosed before payment; we will not add an undisclosed charge after you place the order.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods made available in our checkout. Please use the options displayed for your order; availability can depend on the payment provider, device, and eligibility requirements.
If a third-party financing or installment option is offered at checkout, its eligibility, payment schedule, interest, and fees are governed by that provider's separately disclosed terms. The appearance of this policy does not mean that any particular financing option is available.
A one-time purchase authorizes payment for that order. Any recurring payment arrangement would require separately disclosed terms and your explicit agreement.
3. Payment Authorization and Charges
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize payment of the total shown at checkout.
Your payment provider may first authorize the amount and place a temporary hold before the payment is collected. The timing of the final charge depends on the payment method and the payment arrangements disclosed for the transaction.
We may need payment verification before releasing an order for shipment. An order acknowledgment confirms that we have received the order; it does not necessarily mean that a pending payment has completed.
4. Accurate Billing Information
Please provide a complete and accurate name, billing address, email address, telephone number, and shipping address. Where required by your payment provider, billing details must match its records.
If information is incomplete or inconsistent, we may contact you to clarify it before processing the order. We will request only information reasonably necessary to review the transaction.

5. Declined Payments and Pending Holds
If a payment is declined or does not complete, check your billing information and contact your bank or payment provider if needed. You may also use another method available at checkout.
An unsuccessful attempt may still appear as a temporary authorization hold. A pending entry is not necessarily a completed charge, and the release time is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
If you suspect a duplicate completed charge or do not recognize an entry associated with an order, contact us with the order number, transaction date, and amount. Please do not email a full card number or security code.
6. Pricing Errors, Changes, and Cancellations
If a material pricing or billing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund where permitted by law. We will not increase the agreed order total without your consent.
To request an order cancellation or change, email hello@chicster.shop as soon as possible. We will check the order status and confirm what is still possible. An already dispatched parcel may not be cancelable or redirectable.
Cancellation or refund rights arising from shipment delays, non-delivery, defective goods, or other mandatory legal protections are unaffected.
7. Refunds and Return Charges
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy: https://www.chicster.shop/policies/refund-policy.
Eligible return parcels must be sent within 30 calendar days after you receive the item. Chicster pays eligible return shipping through a prepaid, printable label sent by email. We do not charge a restocking fee or return processing fee.
After an eligible return is received, inspection and refund initiation are completed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After we initiate the refund, allow an additional 3-5 business days for the bank or payment provider to post the credit. The expected combined period is 4-8 business days after receipt of an eligible return, excluding the time the return parcel takes to reach us.
Releasing an authorization hold is different from refunding a completed payment. The timing of a hold release is determined by the bank or payment provider.
If a refund has not appeared within the stated period, contact hello@chicster.shop so we can help investigate. Any shorter period required by applicable law takes priority.
8. Payment Security and Billing Questions
Payments are processed through the services associated with the payment method selected at checkout. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please enter payment details only through the appropriate checkout or payment provider interface. Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or one-time verification codes by email.
If your bank account uses a currency different from the transaction currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Those charges are set by that provider.
We welcome the opportunity to resolve billing questions, but contacting us first is not a condition for exercising any right you have to raise a dispute with your payment provider or under applicable law.
