These Terms apply to the use of https://www.nectarwear.shop/ and purchases from Nectarwear, operated by HEALTHY SUSHI LLC.
Please read these Terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nectarwear is an online retail store offering apparel and related merchandise. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean HEALTHY SUSHI LLC in its operation of Nectarwear.

You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or the involvement or authorization of an appropriate parent or guardian where permitted.
Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details and keep your account information secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, size information, materials, photographs, and prices. Review the relevant product page and size chart before purchase and contact us if you need clarification.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how a color appears. This does not excuse a material mismatch between the item supplied and its description.
Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an item already ordered, we will contact you and provide the appropriate cancellation or refund options.
4. Prices, payment, and promotions
The currency and price applicable to your purchase are displayed during checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes or duties collected by us are shown before you complete the purchase.

Any inability to fulfill an order will be communicated promptly. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Processing times, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, and charges are described in the Shipping Policy and relevant information presented before purchase.
6. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges
Requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase, and applicable law.
Please contact hello@nectarwear.shop with your order number to request assistance. A final-sale label or general policy term does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective or incorrectly described goods.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, malicious software, interference with store operations, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may restrict activity reasonably believed to create such problems, subject to applicable law and without removing rights relating to an existing legitimate order.

We may revise these Terms for future website use and purchases. Changes will be reflected by an updated date. Revised Terms do not retroactively remove rights or change the agreed terms of an existing order without a valid legal basis.
